ITB Insider: Townhomes Planned for West Street

“Work is now underway on downtown Raleigh’s latest townhome development. The West Street Townhomes, located near the intersection of West and Lenoir Streets, will be comprised of 12 single-family row homes spread across three separate buildings, all of which will be connected by an adjoining courtyard.
Lambert Development has said that the townhomes will offer three distinct designs ranging in size from 1,400-1,600 square feet. Each residence will include “sleek, modern, high-end contemporary fixtures and finishes and garage parking” as well as “skyline views from rooftop terraces.”
Concept 8, a local firm that has built a number of custom homes throughout Raleigh, will be overseeing the construction.”
