TBJ: Growler USA Opening in DTR

“A new craft beer experience is scheduled to open this month in downtown Raleigh.
Growler USA will open its first Triangle location at 314 S. Blount St. in the Moore Square Historic District. Real estate sources told Triangle Business Journal last year that the Colorado-based company had committed to a taproom across from City Market, fronting the Blount Street parking deck.
The franchise will be run by Amrish Raj and his wife. Raj’s background is in electrical engineering and software consulting, the company said.
Growler USA has more than 100 beers on tap. The Raleigh location will serve regional beers and has capacity for 100 guests inside the taproom with space for 20 on the patio. The restaurant menu consists of salads, sandwiches and other assorted foods. ...”
